OMEXAVA offers digital thumbnail design services delivered within 24-48 hours after purchase. Custom orders may take up to 7 days to complete and deliver.

Unlimited Revisions

If unsatisfied with your order for any reason, you can request unlimited revisions. Our designers will implement revisions until your thumbnails meet your expectations.

Refunds

If you remain unsatisfied after revisions, you can request a full refund at any time. We will process refunds promptly within 24 hours if possible, and within 5 business days at the latest. Refunds are provided via your original payment method.

No Returns/Fees

As a digital service provider, physical returns do not apply. We do not charge any fees for refunds, cancellations, or rejected revisions.
